1. Who is responsible

2. Scope
This policy covers mymorningnotes.com (the "Website") and the emails you exchange with us about a possible project. Work we do for clients under a project agreement is covered by the data processing terms of that agreement.
3. What the Website does not do
- It does not set cookies or use local storage to identify you.
- It does not use analytics, session recording, advertising pixels or social media plugins.
- It has no user accounts, newsletter sign-up or comment features.
- The fonts, images and styles of this website are served from our own domain. The website makes no requests to third-party services when it loads.
4. The contact form
The form on the Website works entirely in your browser. When you press the button, the Website opens your own email app with a message prepared from your answers. Nothing you type is transmitted to us or stored by the Website. We only receive information if you choose to send that email, or write to support@mymorningnotes.com directly.
5. Emails you send us
If you email us, we process your name, email address, any company or website you mention, and the content of your message, including your project description, budget range and timeline.
We use this information to reply to you, to understand your project and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and then delete them, unless we must keep them longer to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
6. Hosting and server logs
Like every website, the Website is delivered by a hosting and content delivery provider. When you visit, that provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in order to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
7. Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email and hosting providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, or where the law requires us to.
8. International transfers
